I have recently ordered 3 rayban glasses from Ray-ban-outlets.com (china) and the payment was made via SSLBILLPAY.com. I have not received any confirmation of shipment from Ray-ban-outlets.com and I then tried to contact SSLBILLPAY however I have not received any reply. I tried to call and nothing. I cannot contact anyone. My question is simple, how can I get my money back?
