Before selling the mortgage apartment by Kaspi Bank Kazakhstan, specialists of the Bank promised to resolve the issue which lasted from 2007. I agreed to sell the mortgage by signing all necessery documents but it seems that in some of Kazakhstani banks oral agreement does not work. After I agreed to sell the mortage, a responsible specialist disappeared and I did not reach him at all. The debt of around 40K USD left with me and it is still not solved.
After that I heard a number of cases with the same situation.
