My dad whom is elderly received the same letter. Thank goodness my sister and I were there when he opened the mail and we were able to persuade him that it was a scam. How d these people get away with this? Why can't our gov't shut these types of businesses down? They sure can find any one of us any time but can't do anything about these blood suckers? By the way. The claims agent listed is Mark Cole and the Office Registrar was Bobbie Johnson... I assume these are false names.
