I have no idea how this company got our credit card information in order to start deducting $29.95 per month for 11 months from our account. When I discovered the charges, I called the company and demanded a refund. I was told the complaint would be considered. I received an email saying they would refund only 1 month's charges. I'm being taken for $299.50!
