On May 2, my account balance was 27.00 I looked on my bank statement and saw where www.scoresense.com had been debiting 29.95 a month from my account for 3 months so I called them. The first rep was very nice and said that they would issue a full refund. The second rep said the same thing. Since the account was registered to a person whom i do not know, they said that they were more than willing to give my money back to me. The only refund i recieved was for $1.00 so i called them and talked to a very nasty lady who questioned my integrity. She said that they would not give me my money back until i filed a police report, and a fraud alert with ic3. Gov.
I explained to her that 3 different reps told me that i would be refunded. She hung up on me.
I need information to report this company to the BBB, federal trade commission and or an aty that is willing to help me to form a case against them. This is crazy...
So ive cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one, so that they can no longer debit my account. I can not find an owner, or any info for management...
However, I will not rest until they do what they need to do to refund my money. Even if i have to call every single day 2,3, 4,5, 6,7, 8,9, 10 times a day. This is going to be the most exhausting ordeal ever.
