Used a debit card to order 3 knives and never heard from the company. I called the number and there was only an answering machine and no one ever returned my call. I emailed them over 20 times and never received a response. I notified the BBB and they said they are not registered or something like that with the BBB. Here is what I wrote: Can you please tell me the status of an order placed 5-5-13? The customer I.D. Online order is 00074163. Transaction I.D. 5255768733. Three knives were ordered and never sent.
