I have received five bottles of this product - I have no paper work confirming the order of this product - and no instruction of how to return to product - other than during a phone conversation tel number 1-866-903-0943 that I got by caling my credit card issuer. (the number on the product lable has been disconnected) with a person named JAZZ who told me that it would cost $5.95 per bottle restocking plus the shipping ack to return the product. I requested that a copy of the confirming email of this order be sent to me - and was told that she would need to request that from another department - The email has not been received as of this writing - I have read other complaints and feel that this is a justifyable complaint - I do not want to pay a restocking charge - nor a monthly service fee - I think DR OZ should be ashamed of himself. I would to return this product for full refund/credit back to my card.
