I Was Charged 65.00 And It Was Only Suppose To Be 16.00

I was trying to get AVG for 16.00 for 3 years instead I was billed by softpros for 65.00 when I called them to have the charge removed they told me it was downloaded and sorry. I never ok'd a 65.00 charge on my credit card. My email address is (Personal Information Removed)
