I ordered specialty dresses to be made by this company, (a service they offered online) after months of back and forth with this company we realized that they never even made the dresses, they made excuses and would periodically ignore my phone calls and emails, they kept saying the dresses were done when in fact they were not... Months passed and the date they were they promised to send my dresses came, I tried contacting them and they have been ignoring me ever since, they promised me a refund!!! Well, only after I posted something on facebook. I registered my business based on the fact that I would be selling these dresses, I have spent 3000 in trying to start my business including the money for the dresses that was ALL of my savings, I have not only lost my money but I cannot run a business with no product and I am completely out of money, they are thieves and stole from my family. I consider this to be a personal attack on my family because they were aware that I was investing all that I had and still refused to even keep their word... AND they are still doing business. Nine east apparel OWES me the refund they promised, they are still making sales and promoting their clothing.
