First off, they advertise free exchanges, but this is not always the case. After a very long and confusing phone call to India (nothing against Indians, just the higher-ups who are providing them with never-ending screen promptings), I finally just said screw it, and I canceled my account. But a couple weeks later, I was still charged the monthly fee. I called, and told them I had already canceled, and after another way too long phone conversation, they finally refunded me the money. Well, I thought I was in the clear, but I just saw that they charged me AGAIN. It sounds like this happens all of the time, and they are just seeing how many people won't notice. I don't think I've ever dealt with such a dishonest company before.
