Mylands is an online game were you're supposed to be able to gain money.
I bought some "black gem" (an in game currency) through XSolla payment system.
Not seing the "gems" coming I made a request to both company 2h00 after the transaction.
After months of arguing with them (long delay between answers, no answer, etc...) they finaly told me that I made an error in my transaction and that based on that error they gave my 43$ to another player. And that was all.
