I incorporated a company in California. I got this postal mail in an official-look-alike California state envelope and print asking me to send $275 immediately. It also threatened "Failure to comply with 2013 labor law requirements may lead to government fines and/or audits" and that the money was "NOW DUE".
This is a scam. This company has not been approved or endorsed by any Governmental agency.
