I bought 2 dvr's for $225 on 7/18. I paid by check over the phone because he gave discount vs. Credit card at even higher price. The devices arrived on 8/15. I called to have them activated for rcn cable and they did not work. Rcn even sent a tech to my house but could not get them to work. I called the company and left several voicemails and sent emails with no response. I finally sent them back with tracking info. They recieved them but still do not respond to emails or vmails for a refund.
