I signed up for a trial for 14 days using a debit card. Next thing I find out is that my card is being charged $99.95. I was then sent the lotion the next month in a box without any packing slip or information about how much they charged. I never received a receipt for the amount.
When I called up to cancel, the representative told me that all the information was in the Terms. I tried to explain that they need to let the consumer know on their website and need to either email or send a receipt each time so people know what the actual cost is of their product.
