I ordered what was suppose to be a free stop smoking kit I was only suppose to pay shipping of $4.95 (I know to good to be true) which I recived on 08/29. On 09/03 there is charges that show up on my account from E Rocky HCTUS for 148.00 so I call my bank right away Tuesday morning to let them know that these are not charges I authorized. On 09/04 we recive anther package from Lift E Cigarette which I did not even open I just returned to sender DID NOT ORDER then the next day I send a email for them to cancel and please do not send anything else. I open the 1st box to see if there is somewhere to send back the 1st package and get my money back and find I need a RMA# so I called the number and a rude lady answers and I tell her I want my money back and a RMA # and she says she need to explain that I need to keep this cause it is free and I try to tell her no I want my money back and she hangs up on my. So I have tried to call this same number back at least 10 or 12 times from different # and there is not a answer I have sent 3 emails and no one ever emails back. All I want is my 148.00 back in my account.
