This payment was a deposit for a rental of an apartment in Munich advertised on Craigslist. There was no apartment, no response after we refused to send the rest of the payment before arrival and demanded a refund of our deposit. The PayPal transfer was made to an "Emma Fawcett" with email "[email protected]." I found this site via a recent search of his email address.
