Stale Cookies - Oreo Double Stuf

I bought a 12-pack of cookies with 4 regular Oreos, 4 double-stuf Oreos and 4 golden Oreos, every pack of regular and double stuf Oreos were stale (cookies were soft and had no crunch to them) and the expiration date has not passed! I am highly disappointed and I want a full refund for the package!
