This company used delaying tactics to enable them to take my money without supplying the dress I ordered, and despite a large number of E Mails they have not given me refund. The tactic they use is to say that the dress will be made to measure and this will take 35 days. They then add postage time to this (5-7) days followed by promises of a refund, until the 46 day limit has been exceeded. They are exploiting the Pay Pal 46 day rule, which states that a dispute must be started within 46 days of an order being placed otherwise Pay Pal will not intervene to claim back the money. Effectively Joy Dress is STEALING customers money.
