I was making an online query re: getting a loan and after completing an application it was announced there was a £68 registration fee. I at this point wrote to the company cancelling the registration and it stated if you wrote to them they would cancel the fee. I did this & now they are not responding to my complaint about them taking the money. Mick Cotterell
