I frequent GC often and have found you pretty much have to force your money on them. Trying to get help is like pulling teeth. Even when the store is empty and employees are just standing around. I have walked out numerous times with unspent money that I tried to spend and ended up purchasing from another retailer online.
Oh and if you return something it takes DAYS to credit to your account. So in the meantime your out money and product. Not a very good feeling!
