While I was able to recoup my money after 2 attempts by the company to send me replacement hoses, both of which continued to burst and leak, my chief complaint is the online ordering process where you provide your email address. I rarely received spam emails prior to this. However, after a couple of days of submitting my email address, the flood of spam continues to this day to hit my inbox. Everything from replica wristwatches, to canadian pharmacy, and female seduction. Pathetic.
