Charged £5 for a video I apparently downloaded! Haven't watched any videos but now £5 is coming out of my mobile phone bill which my parents pay. I received this text: 'You've paid £5.00 for 1 Vid from FunPass. Help? 02033977637 or http://ip-7.com/305ya. This is not a subscription & will appear as Payforit on your bill'. I want my money back as I did not spend it!
