I hired removery men from MustCa.com on June 13th. A man called Mustca booked the pickup and gave me quote which he kept changing. He actually contacted me on eBay because I was selling furniture. He said he could put my furniture in storage for cheap if I don't sell them. When he and another young boy (23 to 25 yrs old) arrived to pick up my furniture they were slow and took their time. Obviously, you pay by the hour. When the job was finished I noticed I had a big box missing so I contacted MustCa so many times by phone and text. He said he has my box of equipment and will deliver it back to me. This was back in June and its now nearly September. I told him this week I'm going away soon for one month and I need my things back. I need it for my business but he ignores my calls and texts. MustCa has basically STOLEN my goods! I even used him again for a friend and he smashed the mirror on her wardrobe and took no responsibility for it whatsoever. I wouldn't trust this company at all to store or deliver any of your furniture. I've never known any company to keep your things. It was a big cardboard box so how they didn't see the box left in their van at the end of the job, doesn't make any sense. They deliberately took it and said the van was empty! They are THIEFS!!!
