I wanted to purchase a flight to accra for my wife and daughter. I was quoted 1,030 and i was told to deposit 100 before they send me a like to complete the purchase which i did. Before then, i asked the agent called david if they accept credit cards. He said yes and he took the deposit over the phone. He sent me the link through my email to complete the payment but it did not work. I called back and i was told that my bank had placed a restiction on my card. I called my bank three times concerning the matter but my bank said there is no such thing on my card and they had already paid the 100 pounds deposit to 7 continents travel. I ve called the agent several times to find a way to take the rest of the payment in order to get me the tickets or refund my 100pounds but they have refused. They want me to pay them extra for them to sreamline my card which i refused because i dont have anymore to give away. What do i do to get back my money? Please help
