I requested the free samples of both the Lipo Slender and the Natural Cleanse. The sample was sent by the company to my Canadian address June 11 and my account was billed the shipping and handling fee. The Lipo Slender sample was received August 26. However, the Natural Cleanse has been detained by Environment Canada as it contains Aloe Ferox. The inspection report indicates that the import of products containing Aloe Ferox into Canada requires a permit under the Wild Animal and Plant Protection and Regulation of International and Interprovincial Trade Act. I will not be obtaining a permit and it is not worth the effort to request an exemption under the Act so the sample will be forfeit to the Crown. Please inform the company as well as prospective Natural Cleanse customers of the potential breach of this Convention on International Trade.
