A relative needed to reach me from Philadelphia airport. She did two collect calls to my cell phone, one for 3 minutes the other one for 4. I was charged $9.85 for the first one, and $13.10 for the second one. This is just shameful. Please let me know how to proceed so that they don't do this any longer.
