I would like my name and credit card info REMOVED from your files. I thought I would receive a sample and you sent a full months supply, which I was charged $4.95. On my statement I paid the above amount. I DO NOT WANT ANYMOVE AND I WOULD APPRECIATE A FULL REFUND.
This was a scam as far as i am concerned.
