Basically I asked "Erika" the front office biller/scheduler to make sure all my services were covered and that i would pay up front. She ran my insurance and assured met hat my deep cleaning was covered, and i had no copay, having met my 50 dollar copay already, Then i have received several letters claiming i owe them 300 dollars for the service they claimed was covered. I called Erika, my insurance company and a woman at their head office, all assuring me that the dental office could file a claim to get paid, though appearantly they rendered services at 11 months, not 12 apart (the deep cleaning). You guys have helped me in the past with nomorerack.com. If there is any way you can get them to stop sending me these bills i would appreciate it insanely. I'm so frustrated with calling them and being told it wasn't my fault and i don't have to pay. Today i got a letter saying it's going to collections! How is that, when they said i didn't have to pay it. Arghetty! Thanks for anything you can do to help.
