I've had the same experience as other people. I realised it was a scam within 24 hours of parting with my money and immediately requested a refund. I have a couple of names from this company and according to them my refund will be processed within 7 - 10 working days - that was 17 days ago. They really are criminals, I'm amazed they have not been closed down. Greg Anderson is involved and a guy called Christopher Hamilton has been dealing with my complaints and requests for a refund.
