First I was in desperate need of money in between pay checks
I did tons of reseach and find this company with a BBB credital of an A. So I was ectatic when they said just said a money pakand 1000 $ would be in my account the next morning. Well the morning came and went with no deposit in my account. I never heard of money pak but thought it made sense they atleast want you first payment to be taken care of... Scam. Never saw the money, newer could contact them. My boyfriend did some reseach and found out the BBB rating wasn't for that company, they're just using their namr! I then got a phone call saying that it was a law office and they were going to arrest me if I didnt pay my "tickect" in Florida, which I don't have. I played along with them, knowing at this point I put all my information out for a loan which was then sold to 3rd parties. My boyfriend found the real lawyers office, which was on Mississippi, not Florida. The real lawyer with a great reputation knew right away as we started explaing the story. Its happened to atleast 200 people using his merit. There is now a federal investigation to find these people working in India. They use Magic Jack which always the person decide what "state" their from. I still have calls that look like local numbers. The federal government has a list of names if this happened to you, therefore if they ever find them we can all get our money back. I was told never to talk oranswer my phone for Indian speaking people, or even numbers I don't know. Needless to say, stop before putting your private info. Out... They constantly still harass me. I can say the only decide American loan company is callfd Money by Phone, its fast, the staff is great, and their legitimate!!! Just make sure half you scheduled payment is going towards the amount you borrowed and not interest. Sorry if this was long but I hate for it to happen to someone like it did me. Especially because we obviously need money, otherwise we wouldn't apply. Its just the worse feeling to be so happy and think you'll be able to get your fiances in order, only to have what little money you do have stolen and knowing you gave it to them. Good luck
