Today when I went to my bank an unauthorized transaction of $59.99 was deducted from my account. My bank informs me easyhelpcenter.com took the funds and provided a number. I call their hotline during operating hours and the recording says their closed, to visit their site, I go on site I was never a member, I don't have an account and I've never been e-mailed by this company, not even in regards to the unauthorized deduction of $59.99 I'am stressed and mortified that online info. Is not secure and that companies can just help themselves to your money. I have no idea why I was charged, and what was even purchased? I am seeking full refund of $59.99 put bank into my account.
