My elderly mother who rarely uses her cell phone was charged 101.50 plus 13% tax for supposedly pressing #2525. Supposedly if this number is pressed it automatically gets you the psychic hotline. My mother does not believe in psychics. No one had access to her phone which is ordinarily kept in a drawer. When contacted the company stated that the numbers were pressed on her phone. The phone call was ended 35 minutes later. They refused to accept the concept that the call was not made by her or anyone else. Please help!!
