Complaint / Review
Top Choice Merchants aka JST Merchant Services
Consumer Report

I was contacted by Tony Lee originally of Top Choice Merchants (TCM), then transferred to Laury Angelos, who had me go from one website to another while we were talking to show that TCM was duly registered in the state of Arizona. He also had me view one or more websites to show that TCM was trustworthy and had a high approval rating. I allowed a charge to be placed on my credit card for which I received a website set up with a back office and a list of "leads" by JST Merchant Services. I have been told by the BBB that these are one and the same company, along with United Online Merchants, E-Biz Services.
I was contacted in May by Ken Goldstein who told me that for $5000, I could have my own home based business as an agent for TCM; that my $5000 would be matched by a "scholarship" of $5000 by TCM which didn't have to be paid back. That money would be used to purchase business loan applications from the Bank of America at $20 each, that B of A could not fund.
He also stated TCM was the largest credit card processor in the U.S. And was a "merchant bank."
I finally consulted with Bank of America locally and was told B of A does not sell business loan applications.
TCM is not listed anywhere online as a credit card processor, including at the visacard.com site I got the link for from Visa itself. Neither is JST Merchant Services or any of the other entities listed as a credit card processor. Nor are any of them listed anywhere online as a "merchant bank."
I filed complaints 2 to 3 weeks ago against TCM/JST with the Arizona State ATtorney General's office: www.azag. Gov an got a response from them this week.
I also filed complaints with the Phoenix, Arizona Police Department - just Google them for their address, and with the U.S. Postal Inspector's office in Phoenix since they used the U.S.P.S. To defraud me AND YOU.
I have put the pressure on Jeff Hankins, alleged owner of TCM, who has promised to reimburse me in full, probably because he thinks he can avoid investigation and prosecution if I am no longer able to claim I was lied to and stolen from on false premises. Problem for him is he is taking too long and has too many excuses for why, giving me time to file all the above complaints.
I would strongly urge all who read this to file your complaints, no matter how old, with all 3 agencies also. Don't take this "lying down."
