Yesterday I tried to order PDF converter. They added extended download protection from the invoice. This I deleted and they revised the price. I tried to confirm the order and it was back at a total of $55.75. I do not wish to have anything to do with the company AND I wish to have my money refunded in total.

I have not downloaded any one of the four items for which they have charged my visa account.
