I bought a net ten phone from target in Plattsburg... I live on hour away so don't get there very often, I spend a $107.00 on a net ten phone!!! I get home I go to activate it about a week later, they tell me that it is a phone that does not run on Verizon towers, and to bring it back, and that you should have known that at electronics... I told them where I lived and address and you shouldn't have sold that one to me... They make the same phone that works on Verizon towers... So I go back to the store... Like I said I" m an hour away and always buzzy!!! I explain to you about it!!! Nope cant take it back,!!! I was a little over your 30 day return policy on electronics witch I didn't know about... Witch would have ben fine if it was my fault!!! But it was yours and you should go good for it!!! I run a small boat shop and I would have took it back!!! Its just good business... I even stood at your counter and called your assistance line great help they where (NOT) same thing!!! When you sell something you should no what your selling to the customer and know that's it going to work for them!!! I know it doesn't matter but you lost my business
