I received a phone call on the 16th. The person that was on the phone said i was approved for a $3,182.00 loan. He then reassured that my info was correct. After that i was supposely transferred to the processing department and was speaking with a woman supposely named kate williams. She ran down the meanings of the processing department and kept reassuring i had to pay a $183.00s for the processing. I kept asking her numerous times was this a scam. She just kept reassuring everything was legit. So i went out and had my mother get me a $183.00 money pak card. I then came back to the house and called her right back. I once again kept asking her was this a scam and she kept saying no. So i went on with it. I stayed on the phone for the 30,35 min wait and everything. After that i was told to wait 10 mins and check my account. So i did. She told me to call her back if i had any problems. So i did. Once i called her back they wouldnt let me speak to her. They put me through to a supposely bank manager by the name of Allem Stone. Once i got to her she got to explaining why they put me to her and that was because that was the processing part. Now im in the banking department. Then i was told i had to pay $350.00s for banking fees. Once again i kept asking her was this a scam. She kept reassuring that everything was ok. I kept asking her was this the last process i had to go through. She kept answering yes it was. So i went and got the $350.00 card. I called her right back, gave her the info and waited on the phone for the 30,35 min wait once again. When she came back on the phone she reassured everything went ok and it will post in 10 mins and call her back. I waited 15 mins and i checked my account. Still no money. So i called her back. When i called this time a dude supposely named Matt Shun. Im asking if i could speak back to her, he got to talkin bout some state taxes mess. Then he started saying that i had to pay 500.00s for taxes. He got to tellin me that mrs. Stone was lying to me and that she was sent home and she was gonna b deciplined for her actions. (yeah right). So he kept sayin that i had to pay the 500. So i just hung up on him. This dont make no sense. People dont have money to just b thowing around. I want my money back. I have 3 little girls that are about to start school. Shame on elite cash advance for false advertising. Somebody please help me.
