I was directed to the tech line to help with my personal cell phone. They wanted $139.00 for 1 year to fix the problem I was having, which they told me was that my phone had definitely been hacked into and personal info, like credit card information could be vulnerable. I, like most people these days, was shocked and scared and would do just about anything to protect myself. When I asked him if it was better for me just to go into the Apple store he immediately changed his game. Thank God I only gave him the first 1/2 of my c/c # before I realized it was a scam. Beware of this company, they are vicious as they are convincing!
