I was contacted by Chris Luck by this phones number 1800 354 0274. He told me all I had to do was get the name of a little mom and pop store, the number and possibly the owners name. I had to submit it on the internet, on a website they created for me, then they would do the calling and if the little store decided to use US Doc Assist products I would make 1% everytime someone used a credit card. It has been over a year and I have not received anything. I have called numerous times, which someone answered once and was supposed to connect me to the refund department. Well they never answered so they were supposed to give me a call back within 30 minutes which I did not receive a phone call and still havent. This call was made August 5 at 1:43P.M. I have sent a written letter requesting a refund of my $319, four times in which my letter was returned by the post office saying this address is not there. I sent the letters 3 times the the address listed on the website, 3507 North Central Ave, ste 403, Phoenix Az 85012, the fourth time I sent it to 8125 North 23 Ave, Phoenix Az, 85201. I have not been able to get in contact with this company in over a year.
