I agreed to a trial which I had to pay for the postage. The pills came which made me extremely ill within 2 days so at this point I stopped taking. I at no point ordered again but I have received a mail saying the order I made on the 24th July had been forwarded, I at this point emailed back and said on no account do I wish any more and if they continued I would take further action.
Obviously I still received them and was charged the above amount, I have since received another bottle and am scanning my bank account daily to make sure no more money is taken.
I spoke to a lady called joy at their customer services who has told me I needed to cancel my subscription with them within 21 days but being under the impression I ordering a trial there would be no reason to cancel anything going forward.
