I subscribed to a free trial just paying the postage and packing of 2-95. The kit arrived and i started to use it but didn't like the creams and felt they didn't make any difference. I later discovered that the company had taken 97 pounds. After the payment they sent an e mail saying if i didn't want the goods I could send them back within 14 days and no charges would be made. This came after 14 days. Then another package arrived and 69-95 had been deducted. There is no return address and the phone number is not recognised. I have contacted my bank who will monitor this and will pay back any further payments this company makes. But I am already 170 pounds down and there is no way of cancelling the card transactions.
