I applied a loan of £5000 and received a letter saying my application has been accepted and i have to pay an upfront fee of £69.95 for processing and mentioned it will take 48 hrs to credit the loan amount after they receive the processing fee. I paid it online and its been 10 days i didn't receive the loan. I mailed the customer service many times but they didn't reply
