Gpa helmet orde

Back in May my family ordered a gpa classic pro helmet for me since I love them and I wanted one for equestrian team tryouts and my college in the fall. Unfortunately it wasn't the right size so I exchanged it via mail about a week later. Then I waited about three weeks and got concerned when the new helmet still hadn't arrived yet. I called them and was told that the helmet was on back order until early July. Okay that sucks but at least ill have it for a few horse shows and college. Now its August and the back order has been pushed back so far its not due to arrive until at least August. I thought id give them a call and see if it would be possible for me to pay the extra shipping so it would be overnighted once they get it and Id have a prayer of having it by tryouts. When I called the representative was extremely vague and condescending and said that to do that she would have to cancel my order and re do the shipping and that would take me off the wait list and id have to wait even longer for the helmet. Honestly I am extremely frustrated and annoyed. I asked my parents to order through Dover because I heard great things about their customer service but honestly at this point with every time I call them being made to feel like I'm bothering them with my questions I just want to get this helmet and never go through them again for any of the tack I purchase in the future. They cant even tell me when they think the helmets going to be in stock, it seems like they aren't communicating very well with the gpa manufacturers.
