I purchased an AKC registered Chihuahua puppy in July. The advertisement was through Puppyfind.com. I spoke with Joe cardini several times by phone. He also indicated that there was someone else interested in the puppy and I would need to western union the money ASAP. I did with the hour. The puppy was to include Akc paperwork and health guarantee none of this was included. I have sent at least 100 email and as many phone calls. We also had a fight regarding the shiping on Delta airlines because his disclosure was hard to understand. I have filed claims with every agency that has been sugested... Akc, ftc, fbi. Mr Cardini / Robert Gentil does claim to be a lawyer, but cannot find him registed with Florida state bar.
I even have a copy of a Fax he sent me with His Name Robert Cardini, P. A (private Attorney) This person occasionally emails me with every excuse in the book. He's out of town, His home was damaged by the Hurricane, His electricity was off for 2 months. Today (surprise) he called me and told me he beleived the papers were already sent! He has spewed vile language at me... The F word and called me the B word. Today he actually threatened me by telling me that "I didn't know who I was dealing with. He could have me taken care Of. And that i had better not report him to any one. His tone was really scary. I contacted the police department. I don't get how these people can still be doing this. I have found info on the internet 2 years old. They sold dead snakes to people!!! Why can't we get this person??
