I signed up for a free trial for the nutriberry slim and vitacleanse tablets. There were no terms and conditions advertised and no evidence that I was agreeing to a subscription. I have since had two sets of payments taken from my bank without authorisation for £84.95 and £65.99. I have tried to find contact details for the company and found an online contact form for the company but had no reply. My bank say they cannot recoup money and are not certain they can stop further payments. I have contacted Trading Standards and they are concerned this is a scam and investigating. I am really upset this has happened and welcome any advice on how I can reclaim any money. Anyone reading this please do not make this mistake it is a scam! The tablets are also useless.
