On saturday morning at cna eastgate i was with my daughter, asked a lady for assistance with some photos. Anothere lady also assisted. As the person who assists u wasnt there right then and, they did not no what they where doing, but anyway i paid for photos. The a4 photo came out a mess i refused to take it, as i said why didnt the ppl warn me it would do this if i enlarged, so they after bit of a dispute refunded me. And told me their machines dosent warn you...!!!
Sunday morning 11/ august i returned to store asked a white lady to pls assist me, she was wonderful very patient helped me find a a4 pic that would print, also a few postcard size,
i went to pay, she came to me told me they came out perfect, i was so happy it was wedding pictures, but she did show me that the machines do warn you... If u should or should not develope!!! But 3 did not come out clear, i was quiet prepared to pay for them, but she took it on herself as she said it was her fault, that they did not come out right. The manager mr deon, told her is it the same lady as yesterday, who complained about the 1 a4 print, and she said yes, he stood there infront of all the customers!!! And said on one is to assist me with any more pictures, in the store, i must go to foto first, i looked at him in dismay, and embarresment! Who did he think he was, i do alot of even online buying threw cna...
How can managers be allowed to work with public, and speak to you in that manner! Its is unexceptable... Where is his manners, he could have called me one side and spoken to me, i never complained, i told her i would pay its fine... She was very polite. I was ill aswell, my photos. I said i dont have a problem with it but day before yesterday them ladies told me the machine dosent warn u dont print!!!
And it did and they did still printed it... Which was their fault!!! I will not except the way i was treated in public... By a cna manager mr. Deon eastgate. Mall gauteng south africa.
