I have received the text message dated on 11-Aug 23:42 Hrs that I have subscribed this service, where clearly I haven't.
Their Customer service on 08458341119, mentioned that you can get subscribed to this service by clicking some pop up's for 3 times (is it true... This seems to be very unsolicited way of subscription and even childrens/adults can accidentally do that.)
When I asked for refund they mentioned that I have to email the company to get refund. What a shame that they are unwilling to help refunding the money over phone. Reason given by the Customer Service (Agnes - who can't even speak english properly and her Manager - who didn't bother to reveal his name) was that the Telecom Service Provider has not given them tool to refund the money back to customers account and only way is CHEQUE...
Can these fraudsters be brought to justice for ripping off public money.
