I surprisingly find out that my Rogers bill has $10 charged by 2Way Traffic Mobile. I called the 1-888-353-2801 number but they can only cancel the 'subscription' I never made however, they refused to refund my $10 rudely. I then called Rogers for refund but they said i need to take care of the cost of subscribed service provided by third parties. Firstly, i have never subscribed such scam service, secondly, how on the earth my service provider can act as the agent of third parties and charge me for the 'service' i have never subscribed nor aware of until seeing the bill?
