Almost identical to someone else:
This company dupes people by inviting them to enter a competition which automatically subscribes them to the service. They then place charges against the phone account. I have complained to them but they are refusing to refund the charges claiming that I subscribed by responding to a competition. I am astounded that this company is allowed to continue operating like this and has the gall to present themselves as legitemate.
They CLAIM that "you accepted this" when in fact it was NEVER accepted, and in fact we have no recollection of even entering the competition (we don't do this because we know its all scam), and if so, then someone else put in our mobile number and automatically we get charged for it.
