I purchased these trial products in June. £79.93 was taken from my account on 22nd July and £79.10 taken on 24th July. I had no knowledge of a 21 day rule. They took the money without my permission. There was no information with the products re this 21 day rule or even an address or phone no to contack. I feel I have been robbed.
