I had my tax refund deposited onto this card. The money was deposited on 8/2 and I cannot get a card from the company even though they have sent me numerous emails stating I should have already received my card. Now I have 3243.00 that I cannot access. Any help before I file a police report then contact an attorney and news stations is appreciated.
